Energy Performance Certificates are a legal requirement for any house that is to be sold, built or rented in the UK. They are valid for 10 years from issue and are available for a small cost if your property does not have one, we are able to assist in organising an accredited assessor to visit your home and produce an EPC on your behalf (you will then own the EPC thereafter).

Furthermore, floor plans, while not being a legal requirement, are very helpful for potential purchasers to see at a glance if your property will be suitable for them to investigate further, arrange a viewing and ultimately look to purchase. Without making the floor plans available in the first instance, you are potentially opening yourself up to viewings with unsuitable potential purchasers. We will be happy to work with you to organise floor plans for your property if you do not have an up to date set of publishable plans.
